Barbara has been singing in public since age 6. Vocalising together is the perfect metaphor for how to create group harmony. Sessions provide huge scope to open up issues in the team dynamic in a relaxed and non-threatening way and address them positively and productively.

Barbara says, “the great thing about working with the team dynamic in this way is that it’s not at all heavy-handed. When a group sing, themes around how we share, interact and communicate effectively with others just naturally arise. Usually there’s so much laughter it’s quite hard to move the group on to the next activity! It’s such an incredible release for people to share singing together! I love that group participants can be completely unaware of what is being addressed but the shift still happens!”
